Health and fitness tips for busy people

               

A few people are focused on fitness and get all that could possibly be needed exercise. And most are definitely not.  Our workdays are long, shift hour and many times over time and remaining time spent in home duties.

No matter how busy our schedule is, there are always some small tips one can follow.

1-Diet Plan:
having a busy lifestyle can lead you to compromise on your eating & drinking habits. Have a heavy breakfast, medium lunch & a little dinner. Don’t go for sleep or rest immediately after consumption. Bring fruits and nutritious food in your diet.

2-Good sleep:

It’s no doubt that sleep affects our daily work capacity, our thinking intellect, etc. One should sleep between 6-8 hours a day to be fresh and in a good state of mind.

3-Less Can Be More:

You do not always have to exercise for an hour to get the benefits and as soon as you understand this you will be able to exercise more regularly, even when you have a busy day. For example, you can do 10 min high-speed walk, two minutes of shoulder movement, four minutes of abs work and two minutes of squats and lunges.

4. Plan Your Meals:

If you don’t care what you eat, and you base your meals on last-minute decisions, you will obviously end up having fast food and unhealthy snacks all the time. It is best to plan your menu for the coming week, focusing on fast and easy to cook recipes and/or readily available foods, and have several options available in your fridge and kitchen cupboards.

5- Ditch Your Bad Habits:

Do you smoke, indulge in sweets, or exaggerate with alcohol? You should do something about it! I know it’s difficult, but think of how harmful smoking can be, how excessive intake of sweets can lead to diabetes and obesity, and how alcohol and other abuses can undermine your health and your relationships.

6-Find Ways to Exercise:

Perhaps you don’t have time to allocate to exercising alone, but you can exercise and improve your posture while performing other tasks. For example, consider standing instead of sitting at your desk, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and walking or riding a bike to work instead of taking the sub or driving. If you listen to music through your house chores, you might find yourself dancing. If you use an upright vacuum cleaner instead of an automatic one, you will walk around the house and exercise without realizing it.

7-Relax:

When you are completing a day full of meetings with a busy evening your stress levels are probably high and stress has a scary impact on your health and mental state. Therefore one of the best things you can do to stay healthy and fit is to learn how to relax. If you don’t have time to meditate or take a hot bath, studies have found that even the anticipation of laughter can help us to relax and reduce stress levels in the body.
